Refund policy
At Simply Living Savvy, most of our products are handcrafted and made specifically to order. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we maintain the following policy.
🚫 Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
This includes products that are:
• Customized with names, dates, colors, or themes
• Designed specifically for a customer’s event
• Made-to-order based on individual requests
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
🛠 If There’s an Issue With Your Order
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives with a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the situation.
Situations we can help with may include:
• Items that arrive damaged
• Incorrect item received
• Production errors that do not match the approved design proof
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Each case is reviewed individually. When appropriate, we may offer:
• A replacement item
• A partial or full store credit
• A corrected remake of the item
Resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.
❌ What Is Not Considered an Error
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
• Customer spelling or wording mistakes submitted during ordering
• Color variations due to screen differences
• Minor variations that naturally occur in handmade items
• Orders that were approved during the proofing stage
Please review all personalization details carefully before approving your design.
📦 Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If you need help, we’re happy to assist with filing a claim.
